Recommendations are for a 160-190lb rider. Add one spring rate for riders over 190lbs and subtract one spring rate for riders under 160lbs. Riders 'on the border' should be questioned as to a preference for 'stiff or soft'. If they have no preference, always offer the softer springs.
* Rider weight is critical for proper spring selection. The 425lb spring is for a 165-180lb rider. Use 15lb increments for rider weight changes.
