Meet Our Staff

Max McAllister
President

Max McAllister

Max has been in the motorcycle industry since 1983. During this time period he has been involved in many forms of motorsport racing. He has won National Championships in both AMA Arenacross, and WERA Roadracing. He built and fielded his own dirt track stock car team for two seasons. Through these various racing efforts, Max acquired the skills that would eventually lead him to found Traxxion Dynamics.

Max is a noted columnist for Roadracing World and Motorcycle Technology, the "bible" for our sport, especially in the United States. Demand for his products and skills have taken him to the highest levels of our sport and to world famous tracks and events such as the 24 Hour of LeMans.

Since his company was founded at the start of 1998, he has worked constantly to provide consumers with the highest level of performance available through the creation of new products and his drive to innovate. His vision is the driving force that will change the way racers go supersport racing very soon. So keep an eye out, you won't believe what is next at Traxxion Dynamics!

Lee Spitler
Inventory Control Specialist/Mechanic

Lee Spitler

Lee has been an avid motorcycle enthusiast since his early teens, but didn't have the opportunity to own one until his early 20's. His first motorcycle was purchased in the summer of '78 and since then he has owned, maintained and modified a total of 15 motorcycles.

Lee is a retired USAF Master Sergeant, and ex-systems administrator with a background in civil engineering work force management. Early in his Air Force career, Lee attended classes to become a motorcycle technician. While stationed in Germany, he was sent to attend an MSF Instructor Workshop. He became certified to teach their riding courses and was involved in every assigned base's motorcycle safety program until he retired in December of '95. In 2003, he had the opportunity to work as a demo rider for a large Italian manufacturer for several events; the highlight being a trip to Laguna Seca, where his dream of riding on that racetrack was fulfilled.

Lee's lifelong involvement in motorcycling led him to seek employment in our industry. Traxxion offered Lee an opportunity to join our staff late in 2003. During the past 6 years of working for us he has helped hundreds of Traxxion customers with their suspension upgrades. If you have the opportunity to work with him on a suspension upgrade project of your own, you will not be disappointed.

Mike Hardy
Sales Manager

Mike Hardy

Mike is married with no kids (but way too many cats). He has been a motorcycle enthusiast since before he was a teen. His first bike was an early 80's Honda XL125. The first real street bike was a Katana 600. Currently, a '97 Triumph Speed Triple is the pride and joy of Mike's garage. In 2000, his love for motorcycles lead him to an SV650 and then to the racetrack where he has raced since '01 in the WERA Southeast Region.

Mike's training and employment background has been in Information Technology, where he was an inventory and asset manager for an international pharmaceutical support company. After being "downsized" in late '02, Mike joined the Traxxion Dynamics staff.

Martin Musil
Lead Suspension Technician

Martin Musil

Martin has been a motorcycle enthusiast since a very young age, as he started riding motorcycles at the age of 9. Today Martin is an active club road racer, which he has enjoyed since 2002. In 2002 Martin participated in the WERA Sportsman, National Challenge as well as the WERA endurance events. In his first year he won several championships which included the D-Superbike National Championship. In 2003 he moved into the expert rankings and finished the year in second in both the Light Weight Twins National Challenge as well as the National Sportsman series.

Martin Musil brings a wealth of knowledge to Traxxion Dynamics, which he has shown as the lead tech. During the year you will see Martin at the track as well as here at the office. If you have any technical questions he is the man to ask.
